Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 June 2026
Cookies are small text files a website leaves on your device. They sound mysterious. They aren't. This page explains the ones OurDream AI uses and, more importantly, how you stay in charge of them.
Why we use cookies
Some cookies simply make the site work. Others tell us, in aggregate, which reviews readers open and which they skip, so we can spend our effort where it counts. A handful support the affiliate links that keep the lights on. None of them are used to build a creepy profile of you, and OurDream AI has no interest in doing so.
The cookies we set
- Strictly necessary. These handle core functions: remembering your cookie choices, keeping the layout stable, basic security. The site cannot run properly without them, so they don't require consent.
- Analytics. Aggregated, mostly anonymous measurement of traffic and reading patterns. We use it to improve the site. You can decline it, and nothing breaks if you do.
- Affiliate and referral. When you click through to a featured app, a referral cookie may record that the visit came from here. That is how we get credited, and it costs you nothing. The commercial side of this is laid out in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Third parties you click through to set their own cookies under their own policies. We can describe ours; we cannot govern theirs. How any of this data feeds into the wider picture is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Managing and withdrawing consent
You hold the controls. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most can warn you before one is set. Turn off the non-essential ones and the site still works; you simply lose the conveniences they provide. Browser makers publish step-by-step guides, easy to find in your settings menu under "Privacy."
If a consent banner appears on your first visit, your choice there is honoured, and you can change or withdraw it whenever you like, with no penalty.
How this fits together
Think of this page as one chapter. The broader story of data at OurDream AI lives in the Privacy Policy, the rules for using the site itself in the Terms of Service, and the limits of what we promise in the Disclaimer. Questions about any of it can go to our Contact team, and there's background on who we are over on About Us.
